Project Overview
Almia, a UAE-based corporate organization, partnered with Decorative to design their new 4,000 sq. ft. modern office space. The objective was to develop a workspace that reflects Almia’s progressive vision, professional culture, and commitment to employee well-being.
Our role was focused purely on interior design, where we delivered a comprehensive design plan covering layout, furniture selection, color palette, and lighting strategy.
Design Approach
Our design focused on clarity, balance, and comfort. We created an efficient space layout that supports smooth workflow and collaboration.
Warm wood tones, soft neutrals, and accent colors maintain visual harmony, while ergonomic furniture and natural light enhance comfort and sustainability. Each zone serves a clear purpose yet blends seamlessly into a cohesive, functional workspace.
Key Design Features:
- Reception Area: A clean, welcoming space using marble and light wood finishes to set a professional tone.
- Executive Office: Minimalist furniture, panoramic glazing, and a warm color palette emphasizing authority and calm.
- Meeting Rooms: Modern layouts with acoustic control, functional lighting, and integrated tech-ready setups.
- Workstations: Open-plan seating designed for collaboration while preserving personal workspace comfort.
- Breakout & Lounge Zones: Bright, flexible spaces with soft seating and color accents that promote relaxation and informal teamwork.
The final design captures Almia’s corporate identity through a refined balance of modern aesthetics and human-centered functionality.
