We planned the office layout to keep movement simple, collaboration easy, and work zones well-lit with natural light. The furniture arrangement focused on comfort and function, with a balanced mix of open work areas and private rooms.

We chose a calm, neutral color palette with warm wood accents to create a consistent, relaxing atmosphere. Lighting was designed to support both focus and comfort through a mix of indirect, task, and accent lights. Together, these choices shaped a workspace that feels modern, practical, and comfortable for everyday use.

Key Spaces in the Concept:

1. Reception Area : A warm, modern welcome featuring a clean backdrop, soft colors, and balanced lighting. Designed to set the tone for the entire office.
   
   
2. Meeting Rooms : Glass partitions create openness while keeping the rooms acoustically practical. A neutral palette makes the rooms suitable for both internal and client meetings.
   
   
3. Workspace Zone : Bright, functional, and structured. The workstation layout supports both teamwork and individual focus, with carefully planned desk spacing and natural light access.
   
   
4. Executive Offices :  A refined design using deeper wood tones, clean lines, and layered lighting to maintain a professional yet comfortable feel.
   
   
5. Breakout & Lounge Areas :  These spaces were designed to encourage casual interaction and give employees a place to relax. Soft seating, natural textures, and warm lighting make them perfect for quick breaks or informal discussions.
   
   
6. Café Area : A simple, inviting space where teams can gather, recharge, and connect.

The final design reflects Karma’s modern outlook while keeping the workspace calm and polished. All zones feel connected through consistent materials and lighting, and the layout supports productive work without sacrificing comfort.
