💡The Challenge
Qtec’s previous workspace was functional but lacked a cohesive brand identity and modern aesthetics.
As the team grew, they needed a smart, open, and collaborative office that could inspire creativity and reflect their professional culture.
The new office needed to express Qtec’s brand personality, innovative mindset, and people-first culture — creating a balance between focus and friendliness.
🌿 Design Concept: Tech Meets Nature
The design direction was centered around the idea of “Tech Meets Nature” — merging the modern tech-driven workspace with natural freshness and calm.
Qtec’s brand colors, Green and Navy Blue, served as the foundation of the entire theme.
Design Direction Highlights:
- Navy Blue Ceiling: Adds visual depth and enhances focus.
- Lime & Mint Green Accents: Symbolize freshness, growth, and energy.
- White Furniture: Maintains simplicity and balance with light.
- Indoor Plants: Add natural texture, biophilic calmness, and visual relief.
